Midwest Regional Sales Manager - Tim Ronchak

Tim Ronchak is a dynamic, results oriented sales and sourcing strategist with a 20 year record of achievement and demonstrated success in driving multimillion dollar revenue growth. Tim has worked with fortune 100 companies such as Sony Corporation, Warner Bros and Callaway Golf in sales and sales management capacities.  Tim has been successful in managing major accounts and business volume in excess of 200 million dollars annually.  He is tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty, and forging strong relationships with internal and external business partners.  He has a solid track record increasing distribution and market share and being recognized annually for his achievements.

Tim was able to parlay his vast experience in running a business unit and managing accounts to working in an independent capacity.  This has led to working in the electronics and apparel industries with major international brands.  He has developed private label programs for major US retailers such as Target, Kohl’s and Macy’s.  This endeavor has included product design and development, establishing international factory relationships and auditing them for compliance.  He also helped with integrating a joint business planning process between manufacturing and category management to ensure product flow and inventory management.

He is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations including sitting on 3 community boards of directors.  He is also active in coaching youth soccer and golf.
